Welcome message from the President of the Organising Committee

The 2nd International Symmetria Meeting, dedicated to advances in aesthetic plastic surgery and anti-aging, has been a great success. All members of the Organising Committee have worked hard to bring together an international faculty of distinguished plastic and aesthetic surgeons from around the world and we are proud to have achieved this mission. So far, this was the first time that this scientific group met together in Athens to address a scientific audience.

We are also proud to have welcomed delegates coming from 28 countries around the world. This was an unexpected surprise that has indeed justified the international aspect of this meeting and has created a unique precedence for our future scientific gatherings.

Symmetria’s 3rd International Meeting is scheduled for 2010.

In the meantime, let us all keep exchanging views, ideas, and experiences on the present and future of plastic aesthetic surgery and anti-aging and keep working towards improving our own work, for the sake of our patients.
