Information
Exhibition stand rental is available either as floor space or as a shell scheme stand with a minimum participation of six (6) sq. m.
Standard Booth Type
The offered standard booth type will be composed of:- Melamine wall partitions with aluminium frames (2,5m height)
- White melamine fascia board (25 cm)
- One (1) power socket (500W)
- One (1) spotlight (100W) per 3 sq. m.
Exhibitors are entitled to:
- Space arrangement, set-up and dismantling of the standard offered booth
- Two (2) Complimentary Exhibitor Staff registrations per six (6) sq. m of exhibition space
- Acknowledgement in the Final Program (Exhibitors’ list)
- Security for the exhibition space
- Booth selection priority will be given based on sponsorship level and date of booking (signing of agreement form).
- For special constructions other than the aforementioned, the Exhibitor will undertake all costs along with full responsibility for transportation and construction. The cost remains the same in case “Pop-Ups or Network” type constructions are used.
- A ´first come first served´ basis, will apply.
