PRE-REGISTRATION
You may pre-register for the 2nd International Symmetria Meeting on line, by fax, by mail or by e-mail.
A letter confirming your registration will be sent to you within two (2) working days after having received both the Registration Form and your payment. Should you not receive this letter, please contact the Meeting Organiser.

REGISTRATION
After November 10, 2008 registrations can only be made on-site at the Meeting Secretariat which will be operating at the Meeting Venue at the following days and time:

Participants who belong to this category are requested to provide the Meeting Organizer with a proof such as a copy of their passport or id.
** Trainees are kindly requested to provide the Meeting Organiser with a proof such as an official document from the Institution / Hospital they practice their specialty at.
The Registration Fee includes:
- Attendance to all scientific sessions
- Access to the exhibition
- Participation in the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
- Coffee Breaks
- Light Lunches (not included in the Trainees' Registration Fee)
- Conference Material
The aforementioned registration fees include VAT 19%
Note:The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancelation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are adviced to take out adequate personal insurance.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
You may pre-register for the 2nd International Symmetria Meeting by forwarding the Registration Form and your payment to the Meeting Organiser following the deadlines outlined in the above table. From November 10, 2008 and onwards, registrations will be accepted only at the Meeting Secretariat operating in the Meeting Venue.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
- For written cancellations received prior to November 10, 2008 a handling fee of € 30 will be charged.
- There is no refund for cancellations received after November 11, 2008.
- Substitute delegates will be accepted upon written confirmation until November 10, 2008 provided that they submit a Registration Form, duly filled in, for the replacing delegate. A handling fee of € 20 will be charged for each substitute delegate.
- After November 11, 2008 no substitutions are allowed.
- All refunds will be processed one (1) month after the conclusion of the Meeting.
PAYMENT DETAILS
You can pay for your registration fee by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Amex*). Personal checks are not accepted.
